摘要
以自动定量装车系统的工作原理为切入点,介绍了装车系统的结构组成、工作周期、设计选型依据,分析了装车时间的影响因素并提出了应对措施;基于工程实例对系统的相关设计参数进行计算,可为定量装车系统的推广应用提供理论依据。
Taking the working principle of the auto-quantity loading system as the starting point,the structural composition,working cycle,and design and selection basis of the loading system are introduced.The influencing factors of loading time are analyzed and countermeasures are put forward.The relevant design parameters of the system are calculated based on the engineering example,which can provide a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of the quantitative loading system.
