摘要
集装箱码头岸边装卸作业过程中,内拖车初次停驻位置与正确位置常出现偏差,会导致装卸效率低下。基于二维激光扫描仪构建拖车对位引导系统,可对车道中的内拖车进行实时准确定位。结合吊具和内拖车的当前作业状态数据,自动导引拖车司机停驻在准确位置,具备防砸车头及水平拖吊具安全防护功能。
During the loading and unloading operation of RMQC,the first parking position of the yard truck is often out of alignment with the correct position.It leads to low efficiency.The automatical alignment guidance system based on two-dimensional laser scanner designed can locate the yard truck in the Lane in real time.Combining the position data of the spreader and the current working instructions of the yard truck,the driver of the yard truck is automatically guided to stop at the correct position.In addition,the system also has the operation safety protection functions,including anti-smashing locomotive head,horizontal towing spreader,and so on.
