载波技术在海工绕桩吊机上的应用

Application of Carrier Technology in Offshore Pile Winding Crane

大型海工绕桩吊机CCTV信号直接通过中心滑环传输给中心控制室,由于滑环直径大、动力电源干扰,视频信号易出现失真。提出了一种运用载波技术将CCTV模拟信号转换成电信号再通过中心滑环传输方案,可实现信号传输稳定、图像清晰,提高监控质量,节约改造成本。

The CCTV signal of large-scale offshore pile winding crane is directly transmitted to the central control room through the central slip ring.Due to the large diameter of slip ring and the interference of power supply,the video signal is prone to distortion.The scheme of using carrier technology to convert CCTV analog signal into electrical signal and then transmitting through the central slip ring is put forward,which can realize stable signal transmission,clear image,improve monitoring quality,and save transformation cost.
