摘要
针对堆取料机在作业过程中流量变化后电子皮带秤精度降低的现象,对现有的悬臂皮带驱动机构进行优化设计,将原有的单速皮带秤改造为变速皮带秤,通过降低悬臂皮带速度,增大物料的厚度和重量,提升电子皮带秤称量精度。实践表明,该技术方案应用效果较好。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the accuracy of the electronic belt scale decreases after the flow rate of the stacker-reclaimer changes during the operation,the design of the existing cantilever belt drive mechanism is optimized.The original single-speed belt scale is transformed into a variable speed belt scale.By reducing the speed of the cantilever belt,the thickness and weight of the material are increased,and the weighing accuracy of the electronic belt scale is improved.The practice shows that the application effect of this technical scheme is better.
