摘要
为了解决大型中央空调的矩形通风管道清理,设计了一种专用的管道清洁机器人。机器人采用轮式行走方式,将清扫机构、吹灰扇、监控摄像头机构等工作所需工具安装在一台小车上,其中清扫装置设计分为主刷头和辅助刷头2个部分,2个辅助刷头设计为可开合式以适应不同宽度的矩形管道。在硬件部分,采用STM32单片机作为主控板,将空调管道的清洁、监控等工作集成于一体。实验结果表明,相比较传统的人工清洁,该管道机器人在提高清洁效率的同时降低了人工成本。
In order to solve the rectangular ventilation duct cleaning of large central air conditioning,a special pipe cleaning robot is designed.The walking mode of the robot is wheeled,and the cleaning mechanism,ash blower fan,monitoring camera mechanism and other tools required for work are installed on a car.The cleaning device is divided into two parts:the main brush head and the auxiliary brush head.The two auxiliary brush heads are designed to be opened and closed to adapt to the rectangular pipe with different widths.In the hardware part,STM32 single chip microcomputer is used as the main control board to integrate the cleaning and monitoring of air conditioning pipeline.The results show that compared with traditional manual cleaning,the robot can improve the cleaning efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
