磁刺激穴位调节负性情绪的脑电溯源和脑网络研究 被引量:3

摘要 将磁刺激技术、脑电溯源、脑网络、主观量表分析与传统穴位理论相结合,探讨磁刺激神门穴对人体负性情绪的调节作用。利用标准低分辨率电磁断层成像对静息、视频诱发负性情绪以及视频诱发结合穴位刺激的脑电信号进行溯源分析。通过复杂网络理论构建脑皮层功能网络,对比研究网络局部和全局拓扑特征。结果表明,磁刺激神门穴时前额叶、颞叶、顶叶等情绪相关脑区发生显著变化,前额叶和颞叶节点度分别下降10.6%和6.2%,颞极区和边缘叶节点度分别上升6.1%和8.2%,脑网络总体平均度上升1%,平均聚类系数下降5%。磁刺激神门穴对负性情绪具有调节作用,推测其工作机制为大脑前额叶、颞叶部分活动转移至颞极区和边缘叶。 Magnetic stimulation technology,EEG source localization,brain network,subjective analysis and traditional acupoint theory were combined to discuss the regulation effect of magnetic stimulation at Shenmen acupoint(HT7)on negative emotion.The EEG signals of resting,videoinduced negative emotion and video-induced combined with acupoint stimulation were analyzed by standard low-resolution electromagnetic tomography.The functional networks of cerebral cortex were constructed by complex network theory,and the local and global topological characteristics were compared.The results show that the prefrontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe and other emotional related brain areas change significantly when the Shenmen acupoint was magnetically stimulated.The node degrees of prefrontal lobe and temporal lobe decreased by 10.6% and 6.2%,respectively,and the node degrees of temporal polar region and marginal lobe increased by 6.1% and 8.2%,respectively.The overall average degree of brain network increased by 1%,and the average clustering coefficient decreased by 5%.Magnetic stimulation of the Shenmen acupoint has a regulatory effect on negative emotion.It is speculated that some activities of prefrontal lobe and temporal lobe are transferred to temporal polar region and marginal lobe.
