饲粮中不同稻谷水平对1~28日龄仔鹅生长性能、消化生理指标和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Dietary Different Paddy Levels on Growth Performance,Digestive Physiology Parameters and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Geese Aged from 1 to 28 Days

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中不同稻谷水平对1~28日龄仔鹅生长性能、消化生理指标和血清生化指标的影响,以期为稻谷在仔鹅饲粮中的科学利用提供参考依据。试验选取1日龄江南白鹅商品代公雏360只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。饲粮中稻谷水平分别为0(Ⅰ组)、7%(Ⅱ组)、14%(Ⅲ组)、21%(Ⅳ组)、28%(Ⅴ组),各组饲粮营养水平一致。试验期为28 d。结果表明:1)各组间仔鹅28日龄体重和1~28日龄平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各组间仔鹅消化道相对重量和相对长度无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组仔鹅空肠隐窝深度显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。各组间仔鹅十二指肠、回肠的绒毛高度、肠壁厚度无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)各组间仔鹅十二指肠、空肠和回肠食糜中淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)Ⅱ组仔鹅血清中总蛋白、球蛋白含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。各组间仔鹅血清中葡萄糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白蛋白含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,稻谷水平在28%以内的稻谷-玉米-豆粕型饲粮与玉米-豆粕型饲粮相比,不会对1~28日龄仔鹅的生长性能、消化生理指标和血清生化指标造成负面影响。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary different paddy levels on growth performance,digestive physiology parameters and serum biochemical parameters of geese aged from 1 to 28 days,aimed to provide a reference for the scientific utilization of paddy in the diet of geese.A total of 360 healthy one-day-old commodity male Jiangnan white geese were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 12 geese per replicate.The dietary paddy levels were 0(groupⅠ),7%(groupⅡ),14%(groupⅢ),21%(groupⅣ)and 28%(groupⅤ),respectively.The nutrient levels of diets were the same among all groups.The test period was 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in body weight at 28 days of age and average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed to gain ratio during 1 to 28 days of age of geese among all groups(P>0.05).2)There were no significant differences in relative weight and relative length of digestive tract of geese among all groups(P>0.05).The jejunal crypt depth of geese of groupsⅢ,ⅣandⅤwas significantly lower than that of groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in villi height and intestinal wall thickness in duodenum and ileum of geese among all groups(P>0.05).3)There were no significant differences in activities of amylase,lipase and trypsin in duodenum,jejunum and ileum of geese among all groups(P>0.05).4)The contents of total protein and globulin in serum of geese of groupⅡwere significantly higher than those of groupsⅠandⅢ(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in contents of glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and albumin in serum of geese among all groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,compared with corn-soybean meal diet,paddy-corn-soybean meal diets with a paddy level less than 28%will not have a negative impact on growth performance,digestive physiology parameters and serum biochemical parameters of geese aged from 1 to 28 days.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2021,33(2):850-859]
