不同型别乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征与生存状况研究

Study on Clinicopathological Characteristics and Survival Status of Patients with Different Types of Breast Cancer

目的探讨不同型别乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征与生存状况。方法选择142例乳腺癌患者,观察LuminalA型、LuminalB型、HER-2过度表达型、Basal-like型的临床病理特征与生存状况。结果 LuminalA型52.82%,LuminalB型17.61%,HER-2过度表达型8.45%,Basal-like型21.13%;不同型别患者是否绝经存在明显差异(P<0.05);不同型别乳腺癌的肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移数量、临床分期、组织学分级间具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同型别患者生存期对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 LuminalA型乳腺癌临床病理特征较好,预后较佳,而HER-2过度表达型、Basal-like型相对较差。

Objective To explore the clinicopathological characteristics and survival status of patients with different types of breast cancer. Methods 142 patients with breast cancer were selected to observe the clinicopathological characteristics and survival status of Luminal A type, Luminal B type, HER-2 overexpression type, and Basal-like type. Results Luminal A type 52.82%, Luminal B type 17.61%, HER-2 overexpression type 8.45%, Basal-like type 21.13%;whether there is a significant difference between different types of menopause(P<0.05);tumors of different types of breast cancer The diameter, the number of lymph node metastases, clinical stage, and histological grade were statistically significant(P<0.05);the survival time of different types of patients was significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusions LuminalA breast cancer has better clinicopathological characteristics and better prognosis, while HER-2 overexpression type and Basal-like type are relatively poor.
