摘要
体验思维作为一种强调主观感受的教学方式,将其应用在旅游管理教学中,可加强学生自我了解,全方位多角度理解知识。文章首先介绍体验教学,明确其具有独特的优势;其次对旅游管理教学中融合体验思维的重要意义开展分析,强调其不仅可孕育出大量的创造型教师,而且还有利于促进旅游管理专业学生全面发展,有效培养应用型人才;最后重点探究了在旅游管理教学中应用体验思维的策略,如开展实践教学,采用主题式教学方法,应用项目式教学形式,实施讨论式教学模式等,以期优化旅游管理教学质量,打造高素质人才,为旅游行业的可持续发展提供强大的人才支撑,同时也为关注这一类话题的人们提供参考。
Applying experience thinking,a method that emphasizes subjective feelings,to the teaching of tourism management can strengthen students'self-understanding and contribute to a comprehensive grasp of what they have learned.This paper first gives a simple overview of experience teaching and makes clear its unique advantages.It analyzes the importance of integrating experience thinking in tourism management teaching,emphasizing that it can not only breed a large number of creative teachers,but also is conducive to promoting the all-round development of tourism management students and effectively cultivating applied talents.Finally,it focuses on the strategies of applying experience thinking to tourism management teaching:carrying out practical teaching,enhancing students'practical ability,adopting theme-based teaching methods,integrating real life,reducing students'learning difficulty,applying project-based teaching methods,and implementing discussion-based teaching models,etc.With these measures taken,it aims to optimize the quality of tourism management teaching,create high-quality talents,provide strong talent support for the sustainable development of the tourism industry,and provide reference for related discussions in the future.
