摘要
后疫情时代,游客受疫情产生的过度恐惧与防范心理、对疫情持续时间不确定性的心理担忧等因素影响,短时间内海南旅游业面临着客流量严重不足、旅游业处境艰难的严峻局面。根据马斯洛需求与动机理论分析,后疫情时代海南旅游业需要做好复苏与提振两个阶段的相关工作。基于需求满足视角下的客源吸引,动机吻合视角下的旅游产品开发等,应成为后疫情时代海南旅游业需要做好的工作。
In the post-epidemic era,due to the excessive fear and defensive psychology of tourists to the epidemic situation,the uncertainty of the duration and other factors,Hainan,for a short period of time,is suffering from a serious shortage of tourists and the tourism industry is in great difficulty.Inspired by Maslow's theory of demand and motivation,this paper finds that in the two stages of recovery and boost in the post-epidemic era,Hainan needs to focus on tourist attraction and tourism product development.The former is the finding from the perspective of demand satisfaction while the latter from the perspective of motivation matching.These are the things that Hainan needs to do well in the post-epidemic era.
