疫情防控背景下旅游文化双语教学实践研究——以扬州非遗文化英文推广为例

摘要 旅游文化英文推广是旅游管理专业学生的必备技能,针对新冠疫情对旅游业以及正常教学的影响,从教学形式、教学内容、教学模式三方面对旅游文化双语教学课程进行改造,让学生在特殊时期对旅游文化英文推广产生新认知,在改造的基础上,以扬州非遗文化英文推广为例,阐述了课前、课中、课后的具体教学实践,特殊时期以短视频编制的方式更好地推介非遗文化,在总结此案例的特色创新以及不足的基础上,以期更好地指导学生进行旅游文化英文推广实践。 The promotion of tourism culture in English is an indispensable skill for students majoring in tourism management.With the influence of COVID-19 on tourism and normal teaching in 2020,the course Bilingual Teaching of Tourism Culture is reformed in the three aspects of form,content and mode,so that it casts new lights on students’understanding of tourism promotion in English during this special period.On the basis of the reform,taking English promotion of intangible culture in Yangzhou as an example,this paper elaborates on the specific teaching practice before,in and after class to better promote intangible cultural heritage in the form of self-edited short videos.Summarizing the innovation in this case study and the room for future improvement,this paper aims to guide students better in carrying out the promotion of tourism culture in English.
