子宫腺肌病是一种严重影响女性健康的良性子宫疾病,近年在40岁以下、无临床症状的以及因不孕行辅助生殖治疗的女性中检出率有所增加。“子宫内膜内陷”和“细胞化生”的假说提示子宫腺肌病可能起源于子宫内膜。本文从子宫内膜的角度出发对子宫腺肌病的早期子宫内膜变化进行总结,进而对子宫腺肌病的致病因素有综合了解,以便更加深入的认识子宫腺肌病对女性的影响。

Adenomyosis is a benign uterine disease which seriously affects women’s health.In recent years,the detection rate has increased in young women under 40 years old,asymptomatic women,and women who underwent assisted reproductive technology for infertility.The two hypotheses of“endometrial invagination”and“cell metaplasia”suggest that adenomyosis may originate from the endometrium.This paper explores the perspective of endometrium as well as some changes that are easy to be ignored in the early stage of the disease,and then has a comprehensive understanding of the pathogenic factors of adenomyosis,so as to better understand the influence of adenomyosis on women.
