A New Examination of the New Policy in Qingli Period

宋仁宗庆历三年开始的"新政",是北宋历史上的大事件。本文分析范仲淹的十大改革主张的基本内容,考述庆历新政从开始实施到最终失败的全过程。通过发掘出一些对历史与文学发生重大影响的历史事件的真相,重新调整我们对某些历史事件和历史人物的认识。特别是文章考证出范仲淹集团成员和许多支持者受贬黜的经过,从而发现北宋嘉佑年间政局变化与庆历新政的联系,并为研究王安石变法提供更准确清晰的背景分析。

The "New Policy" started in the third year of Qingli(1041—1048) period of emperor Renzong of the Song dynasty is a great event in the history of the Northern Song dynasty. This article analyzes the basic content of Fan Zhongyan’s ten major reform ideas and discusses the whole process from the beginning of the implementation to the final failure of the New Policy in Qingli period. Through rediscovering the truth of historically affected history and literature, we can re-examine some historical events and historical figures. In particular, this article researches the process of the demotion of Fan Zhongyan group members and many supporters, so as to find out the relationship between the political situation change in Jiayou period and the New Policy in Qingli period, and provide a more accurate and clear background analysis for the study of Wang Anshi’s reform.
