摘要
3D生物打印技术是一种新兴技术,可以精确定位生物材料及细胞来构建具有特定结构的体外仿生组织,为体外药物筛选、疾病建模提供有力工具。复方中药由于其成分复杂,药理和毒理效应交互重叠,现有研发模式和方法存在一定局限。3D生物打印技术也为中药研究提供了新思路,为中药现代化发展提供新的机遇。本文综述了可用于个性化药物筛选和疾病建模的功能组织模型所需的生物打印技术和生物材料的选择,重点关注了生物打印的癌症、肝脏组织及心脏组织模型,因为它们在中药药物发现、药理和毒理机制及其他临床前研究中具有广阔的应用前景。
3D bio-printing is a new technology that can precisely locate biomaterials and cells to construct biomimetic tissues with specific structures in vitro,providing powerful tools for drug screening and disease modeling in vitro.3D bio-printing also provides new ideas for the research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and opportunities for the modern development of TCM.This review discusses the selection of bio-printing techniques and biomaterials needed to construct functional tissue models for individualized drug screening and disease modeling.In particular,we focus on 3D bio-printing cancer models,liver models and cardiac tissues for their prospect in TCM discovery,pharmacology and toxicology,other pre-clinical studies.
