摘要
近年来,糖尿病与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病率逐年升高,对于两者之间的关联性也日益受到关注。大量研究表明,糖尿病是AD发生发展的重要危险因素,糖尿病患者罹患AD的风险更大。此外,两者同为代谢性疾病,有着共同的病理生理特征,因而降糖药物也会表现出治疗AD的作用。本文就降糖药物治疗AD的潜在机制、研究进展以及应用前景进行综述,为进一步探索AD治疗,尤其是对伴有糖尿病AD患者的治疗提供崭新的思路。
In recent years,the incidence of diabetes mellitus(DM)and Alzheimer’s disease(AD)has been increasing and the relationship between them has received more and more attention.More studies have shown that DM is an important risk factor for the occurrence and development of AD and diabetic patients suffer greater risk of AD.Since they are both metabolic diseases and have common pathophysiological characteristics,hypoglycemic drugs may work for AD-patients clinically.This article reviews the potential mechanism,research progress and application prospects of hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of AD and provide new ideas for AD treatment,especially for AD patients complicated by DM.
