栀子主要有效成分的代谢及毒性研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 作为卫生部公布的药食两用的中药材,栀子临床应用和日常食用十分广泛,但临床使用过程中也不时发生不良反应,使其用药安全的不确定性大大增加。近年来,关于栀子有效成分及其代谢途径等已有较多的文献积累,但关于栀子毒性的毒理机制,目前尚未有系统的归纳总结。本文对以栀子苷为代表的栀子主要有效成分的代谢及其毒性的研究进展进行综述,以期为含栀子成分药物的临床使用提供建议,为中药活性成分的代谢依赖性毒性研究提供思路。 As a traditional Chinese medicine for both medicine and food announced by the Ministry of Health,Fructus Gardeniae(FG)is widely used in clinical application and daily consumption,but adverse reactions do occur from time to time in clinical use,which greatly increases the uncertainty of its safety.In recent years,there have been many literatures about the effective components and metabolic pathway of Fructus Gardeniae,but the toxicological mechanism of Fructus Gardeniae has not been systematically summarized.In this paper,the research progress on the metabolism and toxicity of the main effective components of Fructus Gardeniae represented by geniposide was reviewed,and provides suggestions for the clinical use of drugs containing Fructus Gardeniae,and ideas for determining the metabolism-dependent toxicity of active components of traditional Chinese medicine.
