摘要
为了准确评价加工中心的可靠性,以KVC 1400B型三轴加工中心为研究对象,对其快速可靠性试验关键技术进行研究。首先,基于加工中心故障统计与加工中心故障机理分析确定了加工中心快速可靠性试验总体方案;其次,对加工中心可靠性试验项目及流程与条件及方法进行了明确,并实现了加工中心可靠性试验系统构架搭建与方案设计;最后,在样机上进行了一系列的加载试验,通过对现场试验故障数据与以往故障数据的比对分析验证了文中加工中心快速可靠性试验技术的可行性和准确性。
In order to evaluate the reliability of machining center accurately,this paper studies the key technology of its rapid reliability test by taking a three-axis machining center as the research object.Firstly,based on the statistics of machining center fault and the analysis of machining center fault mechanism,the overall scheme of machining center fast reliability test is determined;then,the project,process,condition and method of machining center reliability test are defined,and the framework and scheme design of machining center reliability test installation are realized;finally,a series of loading tests are carried out on the prototype.By comparing the field test data with the previous fault data,the correctness and feasibility of the rapid reliability test technology of machining center in this paper is verified.
