摘要
目的分析潍坊市2017—2019年新发现艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS)首次CD4+T淋巴细胞检测结果,为潍坊市艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法流式细胞术检测2017—2019年新发现HIV/AIDS 564例,对免疫状态及影响因素进行分析。结果564例新发现HIV/AIDS CD4、CD8、CD3细胞计数中位数分别为390.5个/μL、1111.0个/μL、1614.5个/μL。HIV感染早期178例,占31.6%,HIV感染中期279例,占49.4%,艾滋病期107例,占19.0%,艾滋病期构成比逐年增加。不同性别CD4、CD8、CD3细胞计数中位数差异有统计学意义,<30岁与30~59岁、≥60岁两个年龄段CD4、CD8、CD3细胞计数中位数差异有统计学意义,不同样本来源标本检测CD4、CD8、CD3细胞中位数差异有统计学意义。结论潍坊市部分HIV感染者发现较晚,应加大宣传和检测力度,最大程度做到早发现、早治疗,以减少艾滋病的传播和流行。
Objective To analyze the first CD4+T lymphocyte test results of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Weifang from 2017 to 2019,so as to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control of Weifang city.Methods A total of 564 newly reported HIV/AIDS cases between 2017 and 2019 were detected by flow cytometry(FCM),and the immune status and influencing factors were analyzed.Results The median number of CD4,CD8 and CD3 cell counts in the 564 cases were 390.5/μL 1111.0/μL,1614.5/μL,respectively.There were 178 cases(31.6%)in the stage one of HIV infection,279 cases(49.4%)in the stage two,107 cases(19.0%)in stage three.The composition ratio of AIDS patients increased yearly.There were significant differences in median number of CD4,CD8 and CD3 cell counts in different genders.There were also significant differences in CD4,CD8 and CD3 cells in the age groups of<30 years old,30~59 years old and≥60 years old.There were significant differences in the median of CD4,CD8 and CD3 cell counts of different sample types.Conclusions Some of the HIV-infected patients in Weifang were detected late,so publicity and testing should be enhanced.Early detection and treatment should be achieved to the maximal extent to reduce the spread and prevalence of AIDS.
