基于耳内镜引导联合开展外耳道冲洗与派瑞松布对霉菌性外耳道炎患者的影响性探讨

The Effect of Joint External Ear Canal Irrigation and Parison Cloth on Patients with Fungal Otitis Externa under the Guidance of Otoscope

目的基于耳内镜引导联合开展外耳道冲洗与派瑞松布对霉菌性外耳道炎患者的影响性探讨。方法纳入该院于2019年1—9月收治的84例霉菌性外耳道炎患者为对象展开研究分析,根据随机动态数字表划分为两组,42例患者接受耳内镜外耳道冲洗与复发水杨酸滴耳治疗为对照组,42例患者接受耳内镜外耳道冲洗与派瑞松布涂耳治疗为研究组。比较分析两组患者的临床治疗有效率以及随访6个月后的复发率。结果研究组患者的临床治疗有效率为97.62%,高于对照组患者的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.265,P<0.05);随访6个月后,研究组患者的复发率为4.76%低于对照组的26.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.372,P<0.05)。结论霉菌性外耳道炎患者临床联合应用耳内镜外耳道冲洗疗法与派瑞松布疗法可以取得较为确切的治疗效果,同时还能为患者提供较好的预后保障,降低复发风险,有利于患者生活质量、生命质量的优化。

Objective The effect of joint external ear canal irrigation and parison cloth on patients with fungal otitis externa under the guidance of otoscope.Methods Included 84 patients with mycotic otitis externa treated in the hospital from January to September 2019 as subjects for research and analysis.According to the random dynamic number table,they were divided into two groups,42 patients who received otoscope external ear canal irrigation and recurrent salicylic acid ear drops were the control group,and 42 patients who received otoscope external ear canal rinsing and perison cloth ear treatment were the study group.The effective rate of clinical treatment of the two groups of patients and the recurrence rate after 6 months of follow-up were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 97.62%,which was higher than the 78.57% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.265,P<0.05);and after 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of patients in the study group was 4.76% lower than that of the control group 26.19%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.372,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with mycotic otitis externa,the clinical combined application of otoscope and external ear canal irrigation therapy and Perison cloth therapy can achieve a more precise therapeutic effect,and at the same time,it can provide patients with better prognosis,reduce the risk of recurrence,and benefit the quality of life of patients,optimize of quality of life.
