龙氏正骨手法联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Long's Bone-setting Manipulation Combined with Acupuncture for Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的观察龙氏正骨手法联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选择该院在2018年11月—2019年11月收治的74例腰椎间盘突出症患者,行针灸治疗的37例患者为针灸组,增加龙氏正骨手法治疗的37例患者为联合组,分析两组临床指标、治疗效果及患者满意度。结果治疗前,联合组VAS评分为(6.47±1.23)分,腰椎曲度为(8.43±2.26)mm,ODI评分为(22.84±3.61)分,与针灸组对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.149、0.034、0.299,P=0.882、0.973、0.766)。治疗后,联合组VAS评分为(1.14±0.28)分,腰椎曲度为(17.04±3.65)mm,ODI评分为(5.27±1.34)分,各指标均优于针灸组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.213、6.452、9.457,P<0.05)。联合组治疗有效率(94.59%)高于针灸组(75.68%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.232,P=0.022)。联合组治疗满意率(97.30%)高于针灸组(78.38%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.554,P=0.033)。结论龙氏正骨手法联合针灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗中效果显著,不仅能改善腰椎功能,减轻疼痛感,还能促进患者治疗有效率及满意率的提升,建议推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Long's bone setting technique combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 74 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected.37 patients who underwent acupuncture and moxibustion were selected as the acupuncture group,and 37 patients who were treated with Long’s bone setting manipulation were added as the combination group.The two groups were analyzed of the clinical indicators,treatment effects and patient satisfaction.Results Before treatment,VAS score,lumbar curvature and ODI score of the combination group were(6.47±1.23)points,(8.43±2.26)mm,and(22.84±3.61)points,respectively.Compared with the acupuncture group,the differences were not statistically significant(t=0.149,0.034,0.299,P=0.882,0.973,0.766).After treatment,VAS score,lumbar curvature and ODI score of the combination group were(1.14±0.28)points,(17.04±3.65)mm and(5.27±1.34)points respectively.All indicators were better than those of the acupuncture group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.213,6.452,9.457,P<0.05).The effective rate of the combination group(94.59%)was higher than that of the acupuncture group(75.68%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.232,P=0.022).The satisfaction rate of treatment in the combination group(97.30%)was higher than that in the acupuncture group(78.38%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.554,P=0.033).Conclusion The Long's bone setting technique combined with acupuncture has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.It can not only improve the function of the lumbar spine and reduce the pain,but also promote the treatment efficiency and satisfaction rate of the patients.It is recommended to be popularized.
