贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Benazepril Combined with Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的慢性心力衰竭患者通过贝那普利和阿托伐他汀进行联合治疗,对患者的治疗效果进行研究分析。方法该院在2018年1月—2019年1月一共收治了80例慢性心力衰竭患者,分成观察组和对照组,观察组患者通过贝那普利和阿托伐他汀进行联合治疗,对照组患者单纯通过贝那普利进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗总有效率以及心功能指标变化情况(左室舒张末期容积、左室射血分数、收缩末期容积)进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%(38/40),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为80.0%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的左室舒张末期容积、左室射血分数、收缩末期容积分别为(129.26±31.06)mL、(69.06±7.26)%,(69.16±31.26)mL,对照组患者的左室舒张末期容积、左室射血分数、收缩末期容积分别为(159.52±31.46)mL、(57.05±5.02)%、(87.26±35.98)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=4.329、8.606、2.560,P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者通过贝那普利和阿托伐他汀进行治疗,患者的治疗效果显著提升,心功能指标得到明显的改善,值得推广以及广泛应用。

Objective To study and analyze the treatment effect of patients with chronic heart failure through combined treatment with benazepril and atorvastatin.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure were admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,and they were divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the observation group received combined treatment with benazepril and atorvastatin,and the control group was treated with benazepril alone,and the total effective rate of treatment and changes in cardiac function indexes(left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular ejection fraction,end-systolic volume)of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was 95.0%(38/40),and the total effective rate of treatment for patients in the control group was 80.0%(32/40).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular ejection fraction,and end-systolic volume of the observation group were(129.26±31.06)mL,(69.06±7.26)%,(69.16±31.26)mL,respectively,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular ejection fraction,and end-systolic volume of the control group were(159.52±31.46)mL,(57.05±5.02)%,(87.26±35.98)mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.329,8.606,2.560,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with benazepril and atorvastatin has significantly improved the therapeutic effect of the patients,and the cardiac function indicators have been significantly improved.It is worthy of promotion and wide application.
