盐酸纳布啡联合丙泊酚实施无痛胃肠镜检查的效果

The Effect of Nalbuphine Hydrochloride Combined with Propofol in Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的观察盐酸纳布啡联合丙泊酚实施无痛胃肠镜检查的效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年11月在该院胃肠门诊接受无痛胃肠镜检查的90例患者作为研究对象,数字法随机分为两组,每组45例。研究组实施盐酸纳布啡联合丙泊酚麻醉,对照组实施舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉。对比两组患者清醒时间、离院时间、麻醉诱导时间、检查中丙泊酚用量、麻醉诱导前后患者呼吸频率等指标以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者清醒时间(3.80±1.21)min、离院时间(15.30±2.15)min,麻醉诱导时间(1.02±0.30)min,检查中丙泊酚用量(168.54±18.27)mg,优于对照组的(5.11±1.03)min、(23.06±2.08)min、(1.40±0.33)min、(201.08±18.32)mg,差异有统计学意义(t=5.530、17.401、5.716、8.437,P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率4.44%低于对照组20.00%,与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.075,P<0.05)。结论对接受无痛胃肠镜检查的患者采用盐酸纳布啡联合丙泊酚麻醉患者恢复时间更快,与舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚相比是一种更为有效且安全的麻醉方式。

Objective To observe the effect of nalbuphine hydrochloride combined with propofol in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods 90 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endos copy in the gastrointestinal clinic of the hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were screened and the number was randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The study group was anesthetized with nalbuphine hydrochloride and propofol,and the control group was anesthetized with sufentanil and propofol.The awake time,discharge time,anesthesia induction time,the amount of propofol in the examination,the patient's respiratory rate before and after anesthesia induction,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the study group were awake time(3.80±1.21)min,discharged time(15.30±2.15)min,anesthesia induction time(1.02±0.30)min,and the amount of propofol in the examination was(168.54±18.27)mg,which were better than that of the control group(5.11±1.03)min,(23.06±2.08)min,(1.40±0.33)min,(201.08±18.32)mg,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.530,17.401,5.716,8.43,P<0.05);research The incidence of adverse reactions in the group of patients was 4.44% lower than that of the control group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.075,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,nalbuphine hydrochloride combined with propofol anesthesia takes faster recovery time.Compared with sufentanil combined with propofol,it is a more effective and safe anesthesia method.
