替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪片与缬沙坦胶囊治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效和安全性评价

Evaluation of the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Telmisartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets and Valsartan Capsules in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的分析探讨替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合缬沙坦胶囊在用于原发性高血压治疗时的效果以及安全性。方法将该院2018年9月—2019年9月期间收治的128例原发型高血压患者分成对照组和观察组两组,分别给予其替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪片和替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪+缬沙坦胶囊进行治疗,对比两组患者各项指标水平。结果经治疗,两组患者24 h平均血压值、生化指标均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.935,P=0.016)。两组患者SBP和DBP达标时间分别为(4.74±2.15)周、(4.07±1.16)周以及(3.27±1.72)周和(3.15±0.47)周,差异有统计学意义(t=5.493、5.141,P=0.023、0.028)。但心率、药物不良反应发生率等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予原发性高血压患者替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合缬沙坦胶囊进行治疗能够达到长效平稳的降压效果,且不会增加患者的不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of telmisartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with valsartan capsules in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods 128 patients with primary hypertension admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,and were given telmisartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets and telmisartan hydrochlorothiazide,respectively+Valsartan capsule for treatment,and compare the levels of various indicators between the two groups.Results After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups of patients in 24 h average blood pressure and biochemical indicators(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.935,P=0.016).The SBP and DBP compliance time of the two groups of patients were(4.74±2.15)weeks,(4.07±1.16)weeks,(3.27±1.72)weeks and(3.15±0.47)weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.493,5.141,P=0.023,0.028).However,there was no statistically significant difference in indicators such as heart rate and incidence of adverse drug reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of telmisartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with valsartan capsules in patients with essential hypertension can achieve a long-term and stable antihypertensive effect without increasing the patient's adverse reactions.
