探讨左卡尼汀联合辛伐他汀治疗老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病疗效

Exploration on the Effect of L-carnitine Combined with Simvastatin in the Treatment of Elderly Coronary Heart Disease with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨左卡尼汀联合辛伐他汀治疗老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病的效果。方法通过对2018年2月—2019年9月该院治疗118例老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者分组,对照组患者应用辛伐他汀治疗,实验组给予左卡尼汀联合辛伐他汀治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果、心功能、血脂水平、不良反应发生率差异。结果实验组总有效率96.61%明显高于对照组79.66%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.104,P<0.05);治疗后实验组LVEF(49.72±5.91)%较对照组明显提高,LVSD(43.02±2.56)mm显著降低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.786、7.445,P<0.05);治疗后实验组TG(1.83±0.39)mmol/L、TC(5.20±0.79)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.32±0.43)mmol/L同对照组比较均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.585、3.036、3.602,P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率10.17%较对照组6.78%差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.437,P>0.05)。结论针对老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者应用左卡尼汀联合辛伐他汀治疗效果显著,改善心功能,调节血脂水平,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of L-carnitine combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes.Methods Through the treatment of 118 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes in the hospital from February 2018 to September 2019,the control group was treated with simvastatin,and the experimental group was treated with levocarnitine combined with simvastatin.Observation of the differences in treatment effect,heart function,blood lipid level,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.61% was significantly higher than that of the control group79.66%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.104,P<0.05);after treatment,the LVEF(49.72±5.91)% of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the LVSD(43.02±2.56)mm was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.786、7.445,P<0.05);after treatment,the experimental group TG(1.83±0.39)mmol/L,TC(5.20±0.79)mmol/L,LDL-C(2.32±0.43)mmol/L compared with the control group,were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.585,3.036,3.602 P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.17% compared with the control group 6.78%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=0.437,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of L-carnitine combined with simvastatin for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes has a significant effect,improves heart function,regulates blood lipid levels,and has high safety.It is worthy of promotion and application.
