摘要
以塑料风扇叶片为例,介绍了基于逆向工程和FDM技术的塑料产品快速设计与制造方法。通过将三维扫描仪采集到的叶片曲面的点云数据导入到Geomagic Studio软件中,进行了点云数据的处理,利用UG软件进行模型重建并利用误差分析处理得到重构的模型,利用FDM技术进行了塑件的快速制造并完成了塑件表面处理。实践表明,利用逆向工程和FDM制造技术可以进行快速塑料产品特别是复杂塑件的设计和制造,为塑料产品的快速发展提供了重要的参考。
Taking the plastic fan blade as an example,the rapid design and manufacturing method of plastic products based on reverse engineering and FDM technology is introduced.The point cloud data of the blade surface collected by the 3D scanner is imported into Geomagic Studio software for point cloud data processing,and then use UG software for model reconstruction and error analysis to obtain the reconstructed model,and finally use FDM technology to quickly manufacture plastic parts and complete the surface treatment of plastic parts.Practice shows that the use of reverse engineering and FDM manufacturing technology can design and manufacture rapid plastic products,especially complex plastic parts,which provides important reference for the rapid development of plastic products.
