摘要
为了更好地对大花序桉(Eucalyptus cloeziana)木材进行开发与利用,采用百度试验法对5年生和17年生大花序桉木材的干燥特性进行对比研究。结果表明,5年生和17年生木材的初期开裂、内裂、截面变形、扭曲变形和干燥速度等级分别为3、1、2、5和1级以及3、2、4、4和5级。5年生木材扭曲变形较严重;17年生木材干燥速度较慢,截面变形较严重。干燥作业时,对17年生木材需采用更温和的干燥基准。
Drying characteristics of 5-year-old and 17-year-old Eucalyptus cloeziana woods were determined by using 100℃test method in order to develop and utilize E.cloeziana woods better.Results showed that grades of initial cracking,internal cracking,section deformation,twisting deformation and drying speed of 5-year-old and 17-year-old woods were 3,1,2,5,1 and 3,2,4,4,5 grade,respectively.5-year-old wood had more serious twisting deformation,and 17-year-old wood had slower drying speed and more serious section deformation.17-year-old wood needed to use more moderate drying schedule during drying process.
