广西百色市森林生态系统服务价值评估

Service Value Evaluation of Forest Ecosystem in Baise, Guangxi

采用《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T 1721-2008)和《广西生态服务价值评估指南》(修订版),对百色市2017年度森林生态系统服务价值进行评估。结果表明,2017年度百色市森林生态系统服务总价值为2199.81亿元;从不同服务功能类型的价值来看,其价值表现为生物多样性保育价值(31.96%)>固碳释氧价值(25.70%)>涵养水源价值(23.43%)>保育土壤价值(7.25%)>食物及原材料供给价值(5.40%)>净化大气环境价值(5.09%)>积累营养物质价值(0.78%)>旅游服务价值(0.25%)>防护与减灾价值(0.14%);从不同林分类型的服务价值(不含食物及原材料供给价值、旅游服务价值和森林防护价值)来看,其价值表现为阔叶林(52.48%)>杉木林(13.04%)>石山灌木林(10.91%)>桉树林(8.47%)>松树林(8.28%)>乔木经济林(3.02%)>灌木经济林(2.48%)>竹林(1.32%)。评估结果可为百色市生态环境保护、自然资本核算以及生态补偿提供科学依据。

《Specification for Assessment of Forest Ecosystem Services in China》(LY/T 1721-2008)and《Guidelines for Ecosystem Service Evaluation of Guangxi》(Revised)were adopted to evaluate service value of forest ecosystem of Baise in 2017.Results showed that total service value of forest ecosystem reached to 2199.81 million yuan.In term of types of services,the value showed that biodiversity protection(31.96%)>carbon fixation and oxygen release(25.70%)>water conservation(23.43%)>soil conservation(7.25%)>food and raw materials provisioning(5.40%)>atmosphere purification(5.09%)>nutrient accummulation(0.78%)>tourism services(0.25%)>protection and disaster reduction(0.14%).The value of different forest stands,which did not include food and raw materials provisioning,tourism services and protection and disaster reduction,showed that broad-leaved forest(52.48%)>fir forest(13.04%)>shrubbery forest in rocky areas(10.91%)>eucalypt forest(8.47%)>pine forest(8.28%)>arbor economic forest(3.02%)>shrubbery economic forest(2.48%)>bamboo forest(1.32%).Results could provide scientific basis for ecological environment protection,natural capital accounting and ecological compensation.
