新时代加强城市社区思想政治教育有利于提升居民思想素质、促进社区和谐、创建文明城市。但同时面临着城乡分化下的多元思想碰撞,快节奏下人们无暇参与精神生活,西方负面思潮的混杂渗透以及网络虚拟世界更加复杂难控等问题与挑战。新时代推进城市社区治理,应关注居民个体差异,推进分类思政教育;结合居民切身利益,推进实效性思政教育;洞察居民思想变化,推进实时性思政教育;关注社区网络舆情,推进互联网思政教育。

Strengthening the ideological and political education of urban communities in the New Era is conducive to improving the ideological quality of residents,promoting community harmony,creating a civilized city,and consolidating the grass-roots cultural governance.But at the same time,it faces many problems and challenges,such as the collision of multiple ideas under the differentiation of urban and rural areas,the negligence of people’s spiritual life under the fast pace,the mixed infiltration of Western negative thoughts,and the more complex and difficult to control network virtual world.To promote urban community governance in the New Era,we should pay attention to the individual differences of residents and promote classified ideological and political education;combine the vital interests of residents to promote effective ideological and political education;insight into the ideological changes of residents and promote real-time ideological and political education;pay attention to community network public opinion and eventually promote the netted ideological and political education.
