为制定浙江图书馆“十四五”发展规划,推动浙江省公共图书馆事业高质量发展,文章回顾浙江图书馆“十三五”时期取得的成绩和存在的问题,分析各种环境影响因素和面临的机遇挑战,参考国际图书馆领域的先进经验,提出浙江图书馆“十四五”发展的重点方向和目标。

In order to formulate the"14th Five-Year"development plan for Zhejiang Library and promote the high-quality development of public libraries in Zhejiang province,this paper reviews the achievements and existing problems of Zhejiang Library during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,and analyzes the environmental factors,opportunities and challenges public libraries are facing.Using the advanced international experience for reference,it puts forward the priorities and goals for the development of Zhejiang Library during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
