摘要
试验旨在研究不同工艺处理的栗木水解物替代氧化锌对仔猪生长性能、血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响。试验选取117头健康且体重相近的33日龄断奶仔猪随机分成3组,每组3个重复、每个重复13头,试验期25 d。对照组饲喂高锌(1600 g/t,以ZnO计),其他两组分别添加同一水平不同工艺的栗木水解单宁酸(以单宁酸计)。结果显示:栗木水解物组的平均日增重显著高于ZnO组(P<0.05),且优于包被栗木水解物组(P>0.05);各组的腹泻率、料重比、血清蛋白、免疫功能差异不显著(P>0.05);栗木水解物组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结果表明,断奶仔猪饲粮中可添加适量的栗木水解物(546.8 g/t)代替氧化锌控制仔猪腹泻,可预防断奶应激,对免疫功能和血清生化指标及采食量无影响。
The experiment was to study the effect of chestnut hydrolysate treated by different processes instead of zinc oxide on growth performance,serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes of piglets.The experiment selected 117 healthy 33-day-old weaned piglets with similar body weights and randomly divided them into three groups,with three replicates in each group and with 13 pigs in each replicate,and the test period was 25 d.The control group was fed high zinc(1600 g/t,calculated as ZnO),and the other two groups were fed the same level of chestnut hydrolyzed tannic acid with different processing(calculated as tannic acid).The results showed that the daily weight gain of the chestnut hydrolysate group was significantly higher than that of ZnO group(P<0.05),and was better than the coated chestnut hydrolysate group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the diarrhea rate,feed-to-meat ratio,serum protein,immune function(P>0.05).The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in chestnut hydrolysate group was higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the appropriate amount of chestnut hydrolysate(546.8 g/t)can be added to the diet of weaned piglets instead of zinc oxide to control piglet diarrhea,which can prevent weaning stress and has no effect on immune function,serum biochemical indicators and feed intake.
