贞苓增免散对罗非鱼生长性能及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Zhenlingzengmian powder on growth performance and immune function of Tilapia

试验旨在探讨贞苓增免散对罗非鱼生长性能及免疫功能的影响。选取吉富罗非鱼600尾随机分为6组(每组4个重复,每个重复25尾)。空白对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组分别在日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%的贞苓增免散,200 mg/kg的黄芪多糖对照药物,试验周期为28 d。结果表明:与空白对照组相比,贞苓增免散可显著提高吉富罗非鱼的增重率、特定生长率、肝脏和脾脏指数(P<0.05),显著降低饲料系数(P<0.05);贞苓增免散可显著提高吉富罗非鱼的白蛋白和肌酐含量(P<0.05),显著降低甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量及碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性(P<0.05);贞苓增免散可显著提高吉富罗非鱼的总抗氧化能力、过氧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、酸性磷酸酶活性及一氧化氮、溶菌酶的活性(P<0.05)。研究表明,0.4%贞苓增免散对罗非鱼的生长性能和非特异免疫效果较好。

The study aimed to explore the effects of Zhenlingzengmian powder on growth performance and immune function of Tilapia.600 Gifford Tilapia were selected and randomly divided into six groups(four replicates in each group,25 tails per replicate).The control group was fed with basic feed,and the experimental group was supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,0.4%,0.8%Zhenlingzengmian powder and Astragalus polysaccharides(200 mg/kg)in the diet,the test period was 28 d.The results showed that compared with the blank control group,Zhenlingzengmian powder can significantly increase the WGR,liver and spleen indexes of Gifford Tilapia(P<0.05),and significantly reduce FCR(P<0.05).Zhenlingzengmian powder can significantly increase the ALB and CRE of Gifford Tilapia(P<0.05),and significantly reduce TC,ALP,TG,ALT,AST(P<0.05).Zhenlingzengmian powder can significantly increase the POD,T-AOC,GSH-PH,ACP,NO and LZM of Gifford Tilapia(P<0.05).0.4%Zhenglingzengmian powder has a better effect on the growth performance and non-specific immune indexes of Tilapia.
