摘要
文章基于电子商务环境,对饲料企业分销业务流程重组路径进行研究。通过分析饲料企业原有业务流程,针对电子化、市场化相交织要求,根据市场要求再造公司管理体制、自身经营机制,在操作实践中按照电子商务模式进行再造。当电子商务平台建立以后,结合库存处理过程优化饲料产品,并有效提升管理调度水平,从而提高人力利用效率,实现最佳运行效果。通过实施电子商务,饲料企业业务流程中与客户沟通有限、出进退货周期长、影响客户忠诚度等不足得到基本改变。并提出饲料企业分销业务流程仓储环节管理创新,创新流通组织对接模式多元性导向,对饲料流通市场组织对接模式的路径进行创新,实现企业流程再造合理运行模式。
Based on the e-commerce environment,the paper studies the path of business process reengineering of distribution in feed enterprises.Based on the analysis of the original business processes of feed enterprises and the interweaving requirements of electronization and marketization,the paper puts forward the business process reengineering of feed enterprises.The management system and self-management mechanism of feed enterprises are reengineered according to market requirements.In practice,they are reengineered according to the mode of e-commerce.After the establishment of e-commerce platform,through the inventory processing process to optimize and coordinate the management and dispatch of the stock,in-store and out-of-store feed products,in order to achieve the best results in the shortest time with the least manpower.Through the implementation of e-commerce,the shortcomings of limited communication with customers in feed enterprises’business processes,long cycle of inward and outward returns and affecting customer loyalty have been basically changed.The management innovation of distribution business process warehousing link in feed enterprises,the diversification orientation of the docking mode of circulation organization,and the docking mode of feed circulation market organization are also put forward to realize the rational operation mode of enterprise process reengineering.
