摘要
由于受到加工变形的影响,薄壁环形零件的车削加工难以达到较高的精度。残余应力和车削应力是影响薄壁环形零件车削变形的主要因素,通过对薄壁环形零件进行车削变形控制研究,提出将分层车削和分段车削相结合,有效减小薄壁环形零件车削过程中的残余应力和车削应力,进而对车削变形进行较好的控制。通过某型航空发动机火焰筒外环车削加工验证,确认采用分层车削和分段车削相结合的加工工艺,使零件变形得到有效控制,使加工时间缩短62.5%,并且保持加工质量稳定。
Due to the influence of machining deformation,the turning of the thin walled ring shaped part is difficult to achieve high precision.Residual stress and turning stress are the main factors affecting the turning deformation of the thin walled ring shaped part.Through the research on the turning deformation control of the thin walled ring shaped part,it was proposed that the combination of layered turning and segmented turning can effectively reduce the residual stress and turning stress in the turning process of the thin walled ring shaped part,so as to control the turning deformation in a better way.Through the verification of the turning of the outer ring of the combustion liner of a certain type of aero engine,it is confirmed that the combined processing technology of layered turning and segmented turning can effectively control the deformation of the part,shorten the processing time by 62.5%,and maintain stable processing quality.
