摘要
对6082铝合金型材进行了固溶处理(固溶温度480~580℃)和人工时效处理。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和拉伸试验研究了固溶温度对6082铝合金显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随固溶温度的升高,6082铝合金的拉伸性能呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,540℃时铝合金的拉伸性能最好,耐腐蚀性能随固溶温度的升高逐渐增强;固溶温度为480~540℃时,铝合金组织明显细化,析出大量二次相,固溶温度升高至540℃以上时,铝合金出现再结晶现象,晶粒粗化;时效后,铝合金组织中的无沉淀析出区(PFZ)变窄甚至消失,使铝合金的耐蚀性提高。
Solution treatment at termperatures of 480-580℃and artificial ageing were performed for 6082 aluminum alloy profiles.The effects of solution treatment temperature on microstructure and properties of the aluminium alloy were studied by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and tensile testing.The results show that the tensile properties of the aluminum alloy exhibited a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of solution treatment temperature.The aluminium alloy had the best tensile properties at solution treatment temperature of 540℃.And the corrosion resistance of aluminium alloy was gradually enhanced with the increase of solution treatment temperature.When the solution treatment temperature was in the range of 480-580℃,the structure of the aluminium alloy was remarkably refined,and a large number of secondary phases were precipitated.When the solution treatment temperature was above 540℃,the aluminium alloy was recrystallized and the grains were coarsened.After aging,precipitates free zone(PFZ)in the structure of the aluminium alloy became narrow and even disappeared,which improved the corrosion resistance of the aluminium alloy.
