摘要
基于现代顶锻试验机控制技术的发展现状,分析了现行顶锻试验方法标准中不够完善的地方,并对标准提出了修改或补充完善建议。建议将YB/T 5293—2014恢复为国家标准,建议优化试样标志的标记方式;建议增加对顶锻试验速度的要求等,希望可以提高顶锻试验标准的可操作性。
Based on the development status of the control technology of modern upset test machine,the imperfections in the current standard of upset test method was analyzed.Some suggestions were put forward to modify or supplement the standard.It is suggested that YB/T 5293—2014 should be restored to the national standard,the marking method of sample mark shold be optimized,and the requirement of upset test speed should be increased.It is hoped that the operability of upset test standard can be improved.
