摘要
行车减速箱三级齿轮轴在使用过程中发生轮齿断裂事故。采用宏观分析、化学成分分析、断口微观分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法对轮齿的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该齿轮轴轮齿的断裂性质为脆性过载断裂,齿轮端面与齿面根部交角未倒角、加工粗糙及短时过载,是导致轮齿断裂失效的主要原因。
The gear teeth fracture accident occurred in the process of using the third gear shaft of the driving reducer.The fracture causes of the gear teeth were analyzed by means of macro analysis,chemical composition analysis,micro fracture analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test.The results show that the fracture property of the gear shaft teeth was brittle overload fracture.The main causes of the gear tooth fracture failure were that the intersection angle between the gear end face and the tooth surface root was not chamfered,rough machining and short-time overload.
