曝气参数对短程硝化的影响及氮素等高线分析 被引量:2

Influence of aeration parameters on the realization of stable short-cut nitrification and the analysis of nitrogen contour

摘要 采用间歇曝气SBR工艺处理实际生活污水,在温度为(26±0.5)℃,pH值为(7.2±0.2)时,考察曝气强度和曝气密度两种曝气参数对实现稳定短程硝化的影响,设计批次试验采用等高线及其剖面图探究NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率(ARE)和NO_(2)--N积累率(NiAR).结果表明:控制曝气密度为12时,高曝气强度(2L/(L⋅h))下,可实现67.10%的ARE和95%的NiAR;控制曝气强度为2L/(L⋅h),在曝气密度分别为6、8和12时,ARE分别在40、37、22周期达到71.40%、52.36%和59.60%,NiAR分别增大至98.94%、96.72%和98.20%.对批次试验结果进行等高线分析,曝气强度和曝气密度均会对ARE和NiAR有影响,在曝气强度为和曝气密度分别为2L/(L⋅h)和15时,ARE和NiAR分别高达77%和99%. The intermittent aeration SBR process was used to treat actual domestic sewage.When the temperature was(26±0.5)℃and the pH was(7.2±0.2),two different strategies of aeration intensity and density were used to achieve stable short-cut nitrification.The contour lines and profiles were used to explore ammonia nitrogen removal rate(ARE)and nitrite accumulation ratio(NiAR)in batch tests.The results showed that controlled aeration density and intensity at 12and 2L/(L·h),67.10%ARE and 95%NiAR could be achieved.Controlled aeration intensity at 2L/(L·h),ARE reached 71.40%,52.36%and 59.60%and NiAR increased to 98.94%,96.72%and 98.20%respectively on the cycles of 40^(th),37^(th) and 22^(th) with the aeration densities of 6,8 and 12.Contour analysis of batch test results showed that both aeration intensity and density had an impact on ARE and NiAR.When aeration strength and density were 2L/(L·h)and 15,ARE and NiAR were up to 77%and 99%respectively.
