摘要
目的:对来自全国29个省(自治区、直辖市)的实验室的鸡蛋中氟虫腈砜测定能力进行评价和研究,了解全国食品检测机构对氟虫腈砜的测定能力和水平,促进实验室提高检测能力。方法:对考核样的均匀性、稳定性进行考察后,向参加实验室发放考核样品,对各实验室的测定结果进行稳健统计分析,评价各参加实验室的检测能力,并对离群数据进行技术分析。结果:118家实验室参加了本次实验室检测能力评价,结果满意率为86.4%。结论:多数参加实验室检测能力良好。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the results of determination of fipronil-sulfone in eggs from laboratories in 29 provinces,in order to assess the proficiency of these participated laboratories. Methods:After the homogeneity and stability of samples were tested,samples were distributed to all participants. Results of the content of fipronil-sulfone in eggs from participated laboratories were analyzed by Robust Statistics. The proficiency of the participant laboratories was evaluated by Z score. The technical analysis was conducted for outlier results. Results:102 of 118 participants achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion:Most of the participated laboratories have good ability to determinate fipronil-sulfone in eggs all over the country.
