乘用车悬架系统多轴向加载耐久性试验方法 被引量:1

摘要 在现有汽车零部件疲劳试验系统的基础上,组合搭建乘用车悬架多轴向加载耐久性试验系统,利用该系统结合某轿车的后悬架进行了4通道道路模拟试验方法研究。结果表明,该系统及试验方法能较好地模拟再现轿车悬架在试车场各种可靠性路况下经历的载荷历程,模拟精度满足工程要求,试验方法可以很好地应用到乘用车悬架系统耐久性试验中。 Based on the existing fatigue test system of automobile parts,the multi axial loading durability test system of passenger car suspension is built.The 4-channel road simulation test method is studied by combining the system with the rear suspension of a car.The results show that the system and test method can well simulate and reproduce the load history of car suspension under various reliability road conditions in the testing ground,and the simulation accuracy meets the engineering requirements.The test method can be well applied to the durability test of passenger car suspension system.
