摘要
军用印制板标准是保证军用电子装备高质量交付和高可靠应用的基石。文章基于印制板国际先进标准和国内相关标准的深入研究,分析了军用印制板标准体系的现状,探讨了军用印制板标准体系存在的突出问题,并为进一步的标准体系建设提出了思路和方向。
The military printed circuit board standard is the cornerstone to ensure high-quality delivery and highly reliable applications of military electronic equipment.Based on the in-depth study of international advanced standards and domestic related standards for printed circuit boards,this paper analyzes the current situation of the military printed circuit board standard system,discusses the outstanding issues in the compilation and revision of military printed board standards,and proposes ideas and directions for the further standard system construction.
