应用生物酶提高造纸法再造烟叶品质的研究 被引量:3

Application of Bio-Enzyme to Improve Quality of Paper-Process Reconstituted Tobacco

摘要 为了降低造纸法再造烟叶中大分子物质的含量,提高再造烟叶内在品质及使用价值,将生物酶制剂应用于梗二级提取段过程,通过对比生物酶处理前后烟草原料打浆度变化、再造烟叶灰分及扫描电镜分析、再造烟叶纤维素及果胶成分、再造烟叶化学成分、梗膏常规化学及致香成分、再造烟叶致香成分、再造烟叶感官评价,结果显示:生物酶对再造烟叶中大分子化合物可以有效地分解和转化,从而提高再造烟叶内在质量,提高烟梗提取液的品质,实现烟梗提取液的高值化利用。 In order to reduce the content of macromolecules in paper-process reconstituted tobacco and improve the intrinsic quality and use value of reconstituted tobacco,bio-enzyme preparations were applied to the secondary extracting stage of stems.By comparing the changes in the beating degree of tobacco raw materials of treatment with biological enzymes before and after,the ash content of reconstituted tobacco and SEM analysis,cellulose and pectin constituents of reconstituted tobacco,chemical constituents of reconstituted tobacco,stem extract conventional chemical and aroma and flavor constituents,reconstituted tobacco aroma and flavor constituents,sensory evaluation of reconstituted tobacco.Finally,the results showed that bio-enzymes efficiently degraded and transformed macromolecular compounds in reconstituted tobacco products and improved the intrinsic quality of reconstituted tobacco products.The quality of the tobacco stem extract was improved,and high value use of the stem extract was achieved.
