造纸法再造烟叶原料烟梗提取液中果胶含量分析方法研究

Study on the Analysis Method of Pectin Content in Tobacco Stem Extracts

通过对废弃烟梗提取液样品进行脱糖、脱色及酸化和高温水解等前处理,建立硫酸咔唑分光光度法对梗膏中的果胶含量分析方法,此方法通过与GB/T 10742-2008《造纸原料果胶含量的测定》检测数据结果比对,并与YC/T 346-2010《烟草及烟草制品果胶的测定离子色谱法》检测限等检测条件比对,得出结论如下:硫酸咔唑分光光度法对含量较低的有色液体中果胶的检测具有重复性好、回收率高和准确性好的效果,适用于造纸法再造烟叶梗膏中果胶含量的分析检测。

This experiment established a method for analyzing the content of pectin in the stalk extract by de-sugar,decolorization,acidification and high-temperature hydrolysis on the waste tobacco stalk extract sample,and established a carbazole sulfate spectrophotometric method to analyze the pectin content in the stalk extract.test data results by GB/T 10742-2008 Determination of pectin content in paper-making raw materials and detection limit and other test conditions were compared with YC/T 346-2010 Tobacco and tobacco product-determination of pectin Ion chromatographic method.The conclusions are:The carbazole sulfate spectrophotometric method has good repeatability,high recovery rate and good accuracy in the detection of pectin in the colored liquid with low content.It is suitable for the determination of the pectin content in the reconstituted tobacco leaf stem cream by papermaking reconstituted tobacco.
