顶管工艺在管线穿越既有高速公路中的应用

Application of Pipe Jacking Technology in Crossing Existing Expressway

以中国电信集团沈阳电信分公司浑南机房变电所增容工程为背景,对高压电缆穿越丹阜高速公路路基的工艺方案进行分析。结合穿越处丹阜高速公路现场的实际情况,为防止交通中断,不影响丹阜高速的通行,管线与丹阜高速交叉区域穿越方式采用顶管穿越敷设。考虑到本项目顶管穿越距离长、施工技术复杂、丹阜高速对施工控制要求严格等,确定本项目施工过程中高速公路运营可能出现的突发事件或紧急情况,制定相应的预防措施及应急预案。

Taking the capacity-increase project of Hunnan machine room substation of Shenyang Telecom Branch of China Telecom Group as the background,the process scheme of high voltage cable crossing Danfu expressway subgrade is analyzed.In combination with the actual situation of Danfu expressway site,pipe jacking crossing laying is adopted as the crossing mode for the crossing area of pipeline and Danfu expressway,so as to prevent traffic interruption and not affect the traffic of Danfu expressway.Considering the long crossing distance of pipe jacking,complex construction technology and strict construction control requirements of Danfu expressway,the possible sudden events or emergencies in expressway operation during the construction of the project are determined,and corresponding preventive measures and emergency plans are formulated.
