摘要
新一代国际天球参考系——ICRF3已由IVS和IERS于2018年8月20日在第30次IAU大会上发布,并通过IAU决议于2019年1月1日起ICRF3取代ICRF2作为基本天球参考架。2019年8月,IUGG第27次大会下设的IAG理事会通过决议,也将ICRF3作为未来大地测量和天文测量的应用标准,并把实现ICRF3与ITRF和EOP之间的高度一致性作为未来的首要目标。本文主要介绍了ICRF3的发展历程、实现现状和具体结果。
The third realization of the International Celestial Reference Frame(ICRF3),has been released by IVS and IERS at the 30th IAU General Assembly on August 20,2018,and the resolution was adopted by IAU to replace ICRF2 with ICRF3 as the fundamental realization of the International Celestial Reference System from January 1,2019.Meanwhile,another resolution from the IAG Council at the 27th IUGG General Assembly in August 2019 was issued to use ICRF3 as the application standard for all future applications in geodesy and astrometry,with the aim of maintaining the highest consistency among ICRF,ITRF and EOP in all future realizations.The development history,realization situation and analysis results of ICRF3 are presented in this paper.
