摘要
主要对生活垃圾焚烧炉渣及再生集料的性质进行了研究,包括物理性质、化学性质和集料特性等。在此基础上,对生活垃圾焚烧炉渣替代粉煤灰用于二灰碎石基层的路用性能进行了研究,包括击实特性、抗压强度、湿涨及干缩特性等。研究表明,生活垃圾焚烧炉渣替代粉煤灰用于二灰碎石能满足道路要求,干缩及湿涨性能优于二灰碎石,但抗压强度有所下降,为保障路用性能,需要适当控制炉渣掺量。
The properties of domestic waste incinerator slag and recycled aggregate are studied mainly including the physical property,chemical property and aggregate property.On this basis,the pavement properties of domestic waste incinerator slag instead of fly ash used for lime-fly ash macadam base are studied including the compaction character,compressive strength,and wet swelling and dry shrinkage characteristics.The study shows that the domestic waste incinerator slag instead of fly ash used for lime fly-ash macadam can meet the road requirements.Its dry shrinkage and wet swelling properties are superior to the cement-fly ash macadam,and but its compressive strength is reduced.In order to guarantee the pavement performance,it is required to control the slag admixture amount properly.
