MicroRNAs调控细胞“上皮-间质转换”的靶基因及相关信号途径的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)作为转录后调节因子参与多种生物学过程的基因表达调控。其中,miRNAs是调控细胞"上皮-间质转换"(EMT)过程的重要因子,与肿瘤细胞迁移、侵袭和转移过程密切相关,并参与众多疾病的发生和发展。研究表明,受miRNAs调控的靶基因较广泛,均通过影响特定的信号通路对EMT发挥促进或抑制的效应。研究miRNAs对EMT的调控作用和机制对于肿瘤等相关疾病的防治具有重要价值。本文综合分析了近年来报道的从正向和负向调控细胞EMT发生的miRNAs的靶基因及其信号途径。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs),as post-transcriptional regulators,participate in the regulation of gene expression in a variety of biological processes.Among them,miRNAs are important factors that regulate the cellular"epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition"(EMT)process,are closely related to tumor cell migration,invasion and metastasis,and participate in the occurrence and development of many diseases.Studies have shown that there are a wide range of target genes regulated by miRNAs,all of which promote or inhibit EMT by influencing specific signal pathways.Studying the regulation and mechanism of miRNAs on EMT is of great value for the prevention and treatment of tumors and other related diseases.This article comprehensively analyzes the target genes and signal pathways of miRNAs that have been reported in recent years from positive and negative regulation of cell EMT.
