酚氯仿法和快速煮沸法提取阴道毛滴虫DNA效果比较

摘要 目的比较聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测阴道毛滴虫中酚氯仿法和快速煮沸法提取阴道毛滴虫DNA的效果。方法收集滴虫性阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物滴虫阳性标本72份和阴性标本1份,分别采用酚氯仿法和快速煮沸法提取滴虫DNA,并对其PCR阳性检出率进行比较。结果酚氯仿法提取DNA的PCR阳性检出率为76.4%,快速煮沸法为72.2%,两种方法提取阴道毛滴虫阳性标本DNA的PCR结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论快速煮沸法与酚氯仿法提取取阴道毛滴虫DNA的效果接近,但快速煮沸法操作简便,耗时短,成本低,更适用于在临床推广应用。
