摘要
对成人高校和成人学生的发展具有双重效益:既有利于实现成人高校的差异化育人目标,也有利于满足成人学生的多样化阅读需求。为此,从组织、资源和活动三方面提出高校分众阅读推广策略:首先,建立复合性人才组织机制,培育新型阅读推广人;其次,建设分众导读资源库,创新数字文献资源的推广;最后,通过“三节”开展阅读推广活动,依托学生社团树立特色阅读品牌。
From the perspective of“Demassification Communication Theory”,the demassification reading promotion in adult colleges has three characteristics:diversified communication subjects,divided communication objects and flexible communication media.Compared with mass reading promotion,demassification reading promotion is particularly necessary in adapting to the transformation and development of adult colleges,improving the utilization of reading resources in adult colleges,and coping with the unsatisfactory reading needs of adult students.It is beneficial both to the development of adult colleges and adult students,which realizes the differentiated educational goals of adult colleges,as well as meet the diversified reading needs of adult students.To this end,college reading promotion strategies are proposed from three aspects of organization,resources and activities:firstly,establish a compound talent organization to cultivate new reading promoters;secondly,build a demassification reading resource library with digital literature resources;finally,rely on“Three Festivals”to carry out reading promotion activities,ae well as student associations to establish distinctive reading brands.
