区块链技术视角下的终身教育教师队伍建设初探——以常州市终身教育教师队伍为例

摘要 教师是终身教育发展的主力军,教师队伍建设直接关系终身教育的发展。针对终身教育教师队伍建设存在的问题,引入区块链技术,可以从三个方面赋能终身教育教师队伍建设:精准核算终身教育教师工作量,发挥教师主观能动性;提升终身教育资源质量,激发教师创作潜能;建立终身教育教师个人数据档案,为教师职称评定提供数据支持。基于TAM模型,就终身教育教师对基于区块链技术下的终身教育服务平台的接受程度进行实证研究,结果表明:区块链技术的感知易用性对感知有用性、感知易用性对使用态度、感知易用性对行为意向、使用态度对行为意向有显著的正向影响。基于研究结果,提出了区块链视角下终身教育教师队伍建设的保障措施。 Teachers are the main force in the development of lifelong education,and the construction of teachers’team is directly related to the development of lifelong education.In view of the problems existing in the construction of lifelong education teacher team,the introduction of blockchain technology can enable the construction of lifelong education teacher team from three aspects:accurately accounting the workload of lifelong education teachers and giving full play to teachers’subjective initiative;improving the quality of lifelong education resources and stimulating teachers’creative potential;establishing personal data files of lifelong education teachers to provide data for the evaluation of teachers’professional titles support.Based on the TAM model,this paper conducts an empirical study on the acceptance of lifelong education teachers to the blockchain technology service platform.The results show that the perceived ease of use of lifelong education teachers has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use on use attitude,perceived ease of use on behavioral intention,and use attitude on behavioral intention.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the construction of lifelong education teacher team from the perspective of blockchain.
