孕期营养指导在围产期孕妇保健工作中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的研究将孕期营养指导应用于围产期孕妇中的作用与效果。方法摘选2018年8月至2019年8月,本院接收的围产期孕妇280例,依据随机化分组,分为A组(n=140)、B组(n=140),A组施予常规性护理,而B组施予孕期营养指导,观察并比较其最终的结果。结果B组各项营养状况指标与A组相比显著性更高(P<0.05);B组不良反应的总发生率与A组相比显著性更低(P<0.05);B组营养状况与A组相比显著性更高(P<0.05)。结论孕期营养指导应用到围产期孕妇中,能够获得更为理想的效果。 Objective:To study the functions and effects of nutrition guidance during pregnancy in perinatal pregnant women.Methods:280 perinatal pregnant women admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:group A(n=140)and group B(n=140).Group A received routine nursing care,while group B received nutritional guidance during pregnancy.The final results were observed and compared.Results:The nutritional status indexes of group B were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The nutritional status of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nutritional guidance during pregnancy to perinatal pregnant women can obtain more ideal results.
